TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. Limited Warranty

TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., 2020 E. New York Street, Aurora, IL 60504, warrants to the original user all new products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days of possession or 500 hours of actual use, whichever occurs first after the date of delivery, providing they are properly maintained, serviced and used for the intended purpose of the product. (Note: One year warranty period applies to the barrel and piston. Otherwise, 90 days on all other parts, as previously stated.)

During the 90 day or 500 hour period, TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts of its machine. TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether parts or workmanship are defective. It is necessary for the original user to obtain written factory authorization before returning any parts for warranty consideration. A Warranty request form may be obtained from TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. at the above address or from any authorized TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., distributor. Decisions concerning warranty claims will be made within 30 days after receipt of claim by TT Technologies, Inc. Warranty obligations will be met within 60 days of the date of such a decision, or as soon as possible thereafter.

The warranty does not obligate TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. to bear the cost of transportation charges. TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. limited warranty does not apply to parts that must be replaced due to normal wear, misuse, negligence, accident, nor does it apply to machines or parts altered without prior written authorization from TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc.

No warranty of any kind, either express or implied, shall apply to parts classified by TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. as finished purchased parts such as Quick couplers, hoses, fittings, etc.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CONTINGENT LIABILITIES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF ANY MACHINE OR ANY PARTS THEREOF.

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., either express or implied, upon which said machinery is sold and no person, representative or agent of TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. has the authority to change this warranty in any manner whatsoever.

The warranty shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Illinois.

TT TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
